Penn State University White Course Apartments

As part of my transfer to University Park, my family and I are going to be moving in to the White Course Apartments next semester, which is the on-campus graduate housing. I know, I’m not a graduate student, but not many undergraduate students come to Penn State with families as I am.

We visited State College yesterday and we immediately fell in love with the White Course townhouse. The 2-bedroom townhome that we are getting is not that large, but it’s only 3 years old and very well maintained. And the community is literally tight-knit and very child-friendly, since there is a playroom in the community center and a playground just a few steps away.

“We have to get these,” I said to my wife. And then we did. I have the lease in my hands right now.

The best part about the White Course Apartments is that it’s only a few minutes away to the beautiful IST Building, which I can’t wait to use.
