		<description>Yes, the above post is correct.  It's just a designation assigned by Penn State ITS.  It does not refer to a certain technology.  Rather, it refers to Penn State's different manner of utilizing wireless technology from  before (1.0).  I think you're reading into is a bit too far.  It's certainly not a "marketing campaign", but rather a distinction for wireless users on campus.</description>
